Frequently asked questions

I bought something but didn't get it

Close Match Pop completely and open it again on the same device, connected to the internet. The game checks the App Store's record of your purchases at launch and delivers anything that was charged but not delivered. If it still hasn't arrived, email us with the Order ID from your App Store receipt.

How do I get a refund?

Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or through Apple Support. We cannot issue refunds ourselves.

I deleted the game or got a new phone. Where is my progress?

Match Pop saves progress, coins and items on your device and, if iCloud is on for your Apple Account, keeps a copy in your own iCloud. Install the game again (or on your new iPhone, signed in to the same Apple Account, with iCloud on) and open it: your progress comes back automatically, usually at the first launch, otherwise at the next one. Please don't buy anything in the new installation before that, because a game that has made its own purchase keeps its own progress. Without iCloud the progress cannot be restored, because we don't have a copy.

Can I restore my purchases?

Every item sold in Match Pop is consumable: coins, boosters and lives are used up as you play. Apple does not restore consumable purchases, so there is no "Restore Purchases" button. Coins and items you had not used yet come back with your iCloud copy (see above); items already used are not given again. If a purchase was lost anyway, email us with the Order ID from your App Store receipt and we will help, or you can ask Apple for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I stop purchases on my child's device?

Use Apple's Screen Time (Content & Privacy Restrictions → iTunes & App Store Purchases) or Ask to Buy with Family Sharing. See Apple's support pages for details.

How do I turn analytics off?

In the game, open Settings and switch Analytics off. Nothing more is sent from that moment, and events not yet sent are deleted from your device. The game works the same either way. See the Privacy Policy.

How do I ask for my data, or for it to be deleted?

Copy your Analytics ID from the game's Settings and email it to us with your request. If you made purchases, include the Order ID from your App Store receipt. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

The game is slow, crashes or looks wrong

Make sure you have the latest version from the App Store and restart your device. If it keeps happening, email us your device model, iOS version, the level and a short description.
